We are a small, newly-formed team of finance managers and business analysts in the Corporate FP&A organization. We deep dive expense data for some of Amazon’s largest and most complex organizations to identify opportunities to increase frugality. Through data-driven discussions tailored to each business, we educate leaders on expense best practices, trends in their organization, and areas of opportunity, and empower them to train their teams. As we learn from business use cases, we partner with other central finance teams to improve systems and tools to enable better data analysis and better spend behavior.
